Workout itself included a good mix of challenging HIIT exercises (all modifiable to suit range of fitness levels) to get full body workout! Highly recommend!

visa alla recensionerEveryone in this space was super nice and it seems like a really positive community space for the members. I could tell that it’s a social space where members and instructors are friends. The music was great. A few small areas to note are: the sign out front has a different name from the classpass listing so that was a little confusing, there wasn’t anyone there checking new folks in so there was some uncertainty we were in the right place and where we should go, and it’s more of a technique class than a cardio workout (not a bad thing!).
