They give you a tour of the place and walk you through how exactly the class works and at the beginning of every class they have a coach demo each station PLUS there are TVs that show the workout for each station too so impossible to get lost. Was challenging but had built in breaks and everything was modifiable if needed and 0 judgement. 10/10 would recommend
