visa alla recensionerWow, what a beautiful class with Sophia. Her energy was so genuine and grounding, and the whole experience felt truly authentic from start to finish. She created such a supportive space, making everyone feel seen and encouraged throughout the practice. I really appreciated how she consistently guided us back to the most important thing—our breath—while gently motivating us to grow and become better versions of ourselves. Her presence felt calm, attentive, and inspiring all at once. I really hope we get to see Sophia teaching more often at the Mona Vale studio!
