It was a super challenging class without all the fluffy yoga talk, which I absolutely loved. I have taken nearly every instructor class at urban and keri is by far my favorite. I’m looking forward to taking more of her classes!

visa alla recensionerThe instructor is lovely and leads a very low impact yet challenging class that I enjoy every single time. My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

visa alla recensionerReally enjoyed my first Fort Fitness class today. The instructor for the Strength & Mobility class was very energetic and demonstrated each exercise. Would recommend the instructor use the time moving around the room to correct participants' form and provide modification options, as not everyone is able to do the same movements. Also, would be helpful to ask everyone if they have any injuries as the participants arrive. These are just recommendations based on other workouts I've been to.
