She’s so informative and knows how to cater to participants’ needs before, during, and after class. The class is very restorative and educational. I always leave her class feeling good and learn something new.

visa alla recensionerGreat Yoga Sculpt class! The instructor brought amazing energy and really kept everyone motivated throughout the workout. Unfortunately, I wasn’t quite in shape to make it through the entire class, but that’s on me, not the class. I still highly recommend it and look forward to coming back and giving it another try when I’m in better condition.
