visa alla recensionerI enjoyed the Vinyasa flow pacing. Breathing encouragement throughout was greatly appreciated. I felt empowered to be courageous in lightening pose. Great start as well; met students where we are and then demonstrated Ujjayi breath. He modeled the poses when needed. The extended restful at the end with some music was awesome.

The class is held in a smaller room, which I personally enjoy, it feels more focused and less overwhelming. Just a heads-up: arrive a bit early to fill out the waiver and take a quick photo. Overall, the clean space and genuinely welcoming vibe are what’s pushing me to finally commit to a gym membership at V3. 🥰👏🏽

My friend and I attended her “Nature Immersion” with no expectations, and it turned into a memorable experience for both of us. We talked our nature’s energy and our personal philosophy when being out in nature. She also introduced a few new techniques to fully embrace our place in the environment that we are able to take with us into our daily lives. All of our questions were answered thoughtfully, and she prompted us to think deeply about the space around us.
