My only minor suggestion is to maybe put up a monitor with the body rolling sequence (start with feet calves etc) since I’ve done it before I kind of knew the gist of it but can imagine for someone whose never done it before could be helpful to have as a guide! The studio is GORGEOUS and spacious, very luxurious. Will be back for a Pilates class next time!

visa alla recensionerFunctional but no frills. Upon arrival you are asked to sign a waiver so allow a few minutes for that. The restroom was not very clean and the room where the sauna is located is quite small and also could be a little cleaner. Would have appreciated more towels. The sauna itself is clean and nice, just enough room for me to lie down, I’m 5’10”. I wish they offered longer time slot bookings on classpass as I prefer a 60 min session.

I also tried the Salt Cave massage chair. I think the massage was a little too rough for me. I should have asked how to adjust the controls. I would definitely go back to try other services.
