visa alla recensionerBeth was sweet and attentive, coming around several times to either correct my form or make sure I was doing ok. She also remembered my name which I appreciated. Nicely challenging class too. Probably due to NY marathon that was happening today, the class was smaller and I loved having good amount of space and attention from the instructor.

Felt like I was toning while also stretching and taking this class in the evening felt like a great wind down. Definitely want to take this again - and Veronica as always was great!

visa alla recensionerIncredible class! Instructor was so engaged and she spent a lot of time in the beginning to help neutralize our spine for ab movements which is really helpful. She gave very thorough cues, demonstrated every movement and gave many variations for each of them. The flow of the class was perfect in my opinion .. starting with floor abdominal workouts to upper body, legs and then back to abs. I feel incredible and definitely booking again!

Veronica impresses as authentically engaged with yoga practice and guidance, providing super helpful, nuanced adjustments and notes on technique throughout—nice to have a relatively modest class size, presumably a bit more practical to do so.
