What makes Caitlin stand out is that every movement and every sequence has a purpose. The workouts are challenging, but they make sense—you leave feeling stronger, not just exhausted. Unlike some classes that feel overly intense with random combinations that seem more about pushing you to the limit than actually training your body, Caitlin’s programming is thoughtful, effective, and safe. With yin, I tend to struggle knowing how to balance between letting go and where to root down but Susie’s guidance and adjustments made it easy to know where I should be feeling stretched and where I should be fully relaxed. Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I have in a long time. I can’t wait to come back. ✨

visa alla recensionerHonestly I have been to many mat Pilates classes, and this was one of the toughest and best classes I have ever been to - and this one isn’t even heated! I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
