I started coming about a 8 months ago, and from that first session, I was hooked. Every time I leave, I feel physically stronger and emotionally lighter. The instructors have this incredible way of pushing you to your limits while making you feel supported and capable. They genuinely care about your progress, and that makes all the difference. This class has become something I truly look forward to each week. The community here is special—everyone, from the instructors to the other participants, is kind and welcoming. If I could give this a 100 star review I would. Come try this class/ gym out! :)

visa alla recensionerI’m not very experienced with yoga but this class is great for all levels. The instructor, Ryan, is what makes this class so special. He is patient and his cueing is impeccable. But it’s his calm, soothing voice, spiritual guidance, and warm humor that will make you want to start every Sunday with him. The rooftop view is just the icing on the cake.

Class was open to all levels because the teacher showed every single move on the mat and around the class and also showed how we can further deepen, and gave more advanced options as well. She also spotted us during our handstands and took time to explain a pose for me after class. Would definitely recommend and would want more classes from this teacher.
