SWEAT440 Strength – Lower
visa alla recensionerIt was my second time (& my first leg day). The concept takes a minute to follow and goes by fast, so give yourself grace for the learning curve and don’t give up. Sergio is a great motivator! I look forward to attend again when I’m back in town.

visa alla recensionerReally enjoyed Christina’s class. After the class Christina helped me by going over one pose I didn’t understand. It has been a couple of years since I visited Agni last time. The exercise room got remodeled and looks really nice. I really enjoyed that the instructor let me go my own pace without constantly correcting so I could fully enjoy the experience and modify exercises for my body. I really feel refreshed and hope to be back soon. I was looking forward to the class and it was an amazing experience.

visa alla recensionerI absolutely LOVED this class. It was the perfect mix of stretching and movement. The studio is beautiful. We were surrounded by candles, which created a really special atmosphere. Denisse is a phenomenal instructor. She listened to everyone’s requests/how our bodies were feeling and made sure the class was tailored to that. I can’t wait to go back!

visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed my class with Shira — it was equal parts intense and deeply restorative. She does really nice hands on assists as well. We did some triangle and half moon poses against the wall that really helped me gain another perspective on the pose. It’s refreshing to go to a studio that isn’t focused on loud music, crazy heat and insta aesthetics and instead reminds you what yoga is really all about. Thanks Shira :)
