visa alla recensionerI really like the studio and the format I just wish the music wasn’t so corny. Just play normal good music (of any genre, I really don’t care). But why does everything have to be put through some obnoxious sped up wannabe Skrillex electro remix. It’s not hypey or energizing, it’s just really annoying.

visa alla recensionerI have been to many studios in Miami (50+ according to ClassPass w/ 600+ classes), and this is arguably the best Pilates studio in town. Here, you will not only learn good form but also be challenged working every single part of your body. Hands on corrections, and Juan will not let you not give AND be your best. The language barrier doesn't even matter here, that's how good he is. Kudos for teaching so many classes daily and yet maintain a high energy and fun vibe at all times! He makes it look easy when it actually isn't. Studio is very clean, bright and beautiful and there's plenty of free parking in the area. Be sure to text BEFORE CLASS to receive the code to enter the building. An absolute must if you take your Pilates practice seriously!!
