visa alla recensionerGreat class and workout!! classes are at good times for people who work but don’t want to work out at 6 or 7am. Loved the exercises. Instructors always paying attention to form feels very 1:1 when it’s a small class. Music is a good mix of diff feel good music. The only downside for me is the heavy scent (I’m sensitive to oils or air fresheners and don’t use them) if there’s. A way to half that it would be awesome but that’s just personal to me. People are super friendly and welcoming here too!
