visa alla recensionerReally appreciate how nice everyone here is. I had some parking trouble as I had not been in this area before and they were super helpful and super patient!! The workout was pretty intense, but I expected it based on what other reviewers said. Plenty of modifications possible. Lots of different exercises I’ve never done before even after 200+ classes. There’s not too many mat pilates classes so I hope to return. This is the type of place I’d actually get a membership at.

What I love about this studio is that it isn’t just about a “workout”, but it really feels like a true yoga practice where you leave class feeling stronger, so relaxed and aligned with yourself. I’m grateful for this space bc it’s hard to find something like this in Miami.

visa alla recensionerI thoroughly enjoyed my beginner’s salsa class at Dance Arts Miami. I was immediately welcomed with a kind and warm greeting. I was shown around the studio and all the instructors there were so kind and inviting. I have taken a handful of dance classes at other places before and I never experienced the beginning of class starting with a gentle warmup of every joint in the body. That really made an impact on me right away and set the tone for the rest of the class. I was able to progress from having two left feet to learning a whole salsa dance routine with a partner. In just one class I left with more confidence in joy in my dancing and in myself. i will definitely be coming back!!

visa alla recensionerBlair is an amazing teacher! she brought enthusiastic vibes to the entire class and progressed the learning very smoothly and clearly, making my first ever dance class an extremely enjoyable and active time! she did a great job gauging where the class was at and bringing up the appropriate technique tips accordingly. theres nothing better than pure fun while working out, and the various moves we learned could be combined creativity im many ways as we take into our own practice or on the dance floor. I wont speak for others but I felt the entire class was synced up and everyone was having a good time - I felt very supportive to just be myself and learn! very positive vibes and as a first time dancer I walked away feeling confident to practice the 4-5 different moves we learned - would recommend for any and all!
