visa alla recensionerI loved this class! I have been searching for a mat Pilates class, and I am so glad to have been able to find such a great studio in the area! If I’m not mistaken, it’s one of the only studios in the area to offer mat Pilates, so kudos to SubHerban! It was personally my first time doing hot Pilates, and I was a bit nervous but I left drenched in sweat and feeling GREAT! Krystah is super nice, welcoming, and can put together & teach a great class. I appreciated the cool down moments in the class, and her reminders to breathe (because I personally always forget when the exercises get challenging!). I also appreciated the cool towels at the end of class. The only thing I would change/request is earlier class options throughout the week so I could go more often … but that’s just my personal preference! 😊 I can’t wait for next class! ✨

The employee who checked me in gave me a clear explanation of how to do it, what the options are for temperature/time etc. She was very patient with me when I had some questions about if the door locks (it does not lock), and irrational fears about getting stuck in there, if they would forget I was in there…anyhow I appreciated her listening to me and really with no judgement that I could detect.
