She started off slow intentionally slow so by the climax we could get into postures that were so challenging. This was one of my favorite classes ever. I highly highly recommend Kelley!

visa alla recensionerShe was a great instructor! She was VERY sweet and nice! When you think about hot mat Pilates in your head she taught exactly that. It was full body and core engaged and the glute workouts were very targeted and sequenced perfectly, she knows how to use every muscle in your body to hold yourself up! I know my whole body will feel it tomorrow! It was easy to follow her and she guided the class really well, excited to take her class next week! (I also loved how she told the class in the beginning if you need a sip of water go ahead and take it and don’t wait on her cue)

He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

This is ripped ride so you do weights 2-3 times during the class. I love this as i feel its really toning my arms. I think if i do this 2-3 times per week it could make a difference. Liz is a very nice instructor too and personally greets all the students. She has great energy and really motivates everyone. I highly recommend her class

Two areas of feedback would be to heat the room during the winter and not allow students in class if they arrive late. A student arrived at 8:05 and was disruptive to the peaceful energy at the beginning of class - not fair to the dozens of other students who had been timely.
