Sweat & Stretch (workout + mobility)
visa alla recensionerMostly lower body workout with a ton of squat variations. I was hoping the stretch portion would be a bit longer and that we would do some upper body work as well as all the squats, but it was a fun workout.

Side of Furikake Mac Salad
visa alla recensionerVery helpful staff. I came in at the end of a rush, so it took a couple minutes before someone connected with me. Sides get picked up from a cooler at the end/near the registers. Surprisingly flavorful; a little spicy, so could not give to me kids like I originally intended.
