visa alla recensionerLast night I finally got to take my best friend Erin’s HOT HIIT class (it’s been a long while), and it did not disappoint! 🔥💪 The workout was incredible, the music was on point, the atmosphere was so much fun, and Erin brought such positive energy that kept everyone motivated from start to finish. I also brought my new coworker, Alyssa, to her very first class. Erin immediately made her feel comfortable, included, and encouraged every step of the way. Seeing someone go out of their way to make a first-timer feel welcome says a lot about who they are. If you’re looking for a challenging workout with great vibes and an instructor who genuinely cares about everyone in the room, I can’t recommend Erin’s class enough. ❤️

visa alla recensionerFun, advanced class! Offering some friendly feedback geared toward inclusivity. I’d recommend that the studio put “advanced” in the name of the class or for more action cues to be offered the first time we see each pose to allow new students to get familiar with them. There were three people in the class who had never done yoga before and they were struggling to keep up. It was even challenging for me in a few sections and I’ve completed yoga teacher training and have been practicing for a while. But, that’s why I chose to come back to Brooklyn’s class. Because she offers challenging sequences that helps me grow in my practice. Overall, the sequence felt intentionally put together and flowed well.

visa alla recensionerI finally took Liv’s Basic Yoga class, and I absolutely loved it! I’ve taken this style of class before (though it’s been years), and it was such a refreshing change from the Flow Yoga classes I usually attend elsewhere. Liv is an incredible instructor! Her cues were clear and easy to follow, she has a great understanding of anatomy, and she brought such positive, encouraging energy—especially for a 5:00 a.m. class! I left feeling challenged in all the right ways and definitely had that “hurt so good” feeling the next day. I still love Flow Yoga, but this class reminded me how much I enjoy slowing things down and really focusing on form, movement, and how good it feels to actually hold postures. My only wish is that The Foundry offered more Basic Yoga classes, especially in the mornings. 10/10—I’d absolutely recommend taking one of Liv’s classes!
