visa alla recensionerErin is incredible when she teaches. Every breath has purpose and every movement matters. Her Hot & Gentle class was the perfect start to the 4th of July weekend. One takeaway that i will always remember, she said “It’s Yoga practice not Yoga perfect” and as a perfectionist- that made an impact on me. It brought awareness and changed my perspective on things in a great way for my healing journey.

Normally if there's new flyers in the room the class is a little slower and could be a little frustrating for advanced flyers but today Amanda was just incredible she had all of us in the room at our peak performance very enjoyable!

visa alla recensionerI have been coming to this gym for quite some time now but finally took Amanda’s Sunday class for the first time. GREAT class to start the day… tough in the best way. She was very encouraging and had a bomb playlist with a little bit for everyone. Sunday usually tends to be my rest day, but I’ll definitely be back!
