visa alla recensionerThis is a beautiful studio, and I can’t wait to come back, but I didn’t love that there was no music (at least in this 26&2 format). And it wasn’t actual flows. It was just like going through 26 different poses, each two times through. Probably great for beginners, though, or someone who wants to spend more time focusing on their poses and postures. I’d rather a class with music and yoga flows + sequences.

The overall vibe of the class is one of more than acceptance - encouragement- and female pride. The one thing I wish they would do is include time for stretching at the end of the class.

They were super nice and let me enjoy the facilities anyways, but class pass please communicate with your “partners” so they aren’t in an awkward position
