visa alla recensionerI actually really enjoy when teachers at least provide or give the opportunity for more challenging poses! And this class was awesome does that! I’ve been doing yoga now on and off for like 8 years and to be honest, sometimes I can get really complacent and that’s fine of course but sometimes I want to push myself and try something new with my body and see “okay can my body do this or is this a new limitation? Or is this a new discovery??” But what happens too often is I get so use to the same poses and the same flows and never even attempt anything more difficult . As such, I LOVED that this teacher snuck in a few more modifications to kick things up a notch for those who wanted the challenge that practice!

She made sure to say hello to everyone in the room (many teachers do not do this!), brought a fresh air of positivity, fun and laughter into the room as she entered. She led the session with her powerful presence and leadership, guiding us with visualizations, inviting us to make sound, offering impeccably timed transitions, playing powerful and emotive music, invitation to make sound was just so impeccably timed. You have 30 seconds stations but no timer you just have to keep eyeballing the clock. It’s a small gesture that will go along way for clients and help us focus better

visa alla recensionerNatalia is a very kind and thoughtful instructor. She assists with corrections so you’re using the right muscles and protecting baby and the abdominal area. She instructs stretches to help with common back pains in pregnancy. The location for the outdoor class is beautiful, right beside the marina where boats are coming and going. Make sure you take extra time to arrive at your first class to find the location.

visa alla recensionerThe Sound Bath itself was cool - intense yet mellow … but a couple of things to note - there is only a small amount of stretching at the beginning for this one … I thought that the room would still be heated by Infrared and it definitely wasn’t … and the teacher was good but she spoke so incredibly softly I could barely hear her - maybe made out ten words in total during the beginning and maybe two after the Sound Bath ended (I wish I were exaggerating but I’m not, and I’m also not hard of hearing at all) so when you take her class I recommend front row and/or away from the window if you can. I still enjoyed it but probably would only take it again if it were heated- just a personal preference. Beautiful studio, super nice front desk!

It was a social class where people were willing to get to know each other a bit which I personally find that doesn’t often happen! Kelly was graceful, insightful and wise, offering a teaching about the Kundalini yoga. Will definitely be coming back 🙏
