visa alla recensionerThis class was so good! New to me so it was exciting. Every part of my body was stretched, with some strength training as well. The flow was great and the Coach Camille's verbal cues are clear and encouraging.

visa alla recensionerCoach Zsan is very zen! He was warm and welcoming and help me and a first timer go through slow and stretchy movements. I've attended Yoga Basics classes before, but this one felt specifically slow, with long pauses and a focus on breathing. 🙏 Thanks, Coach!

visa alla recensionerHad a great time in this class. This was my first vinyasa ever, and it was just the right level of challenge for anyone looking to build up. Teacher Miki was so patient and understanding of our capabilities. The place has a cafe, good ambience, and the staff are so welcoming. Will surely be back!

visa alla recensionerThis is the first time I tried Reiki healing and I’m really curious with how it would go. From the moment I have arrived, Ms. Aileen has been so wonderful. She’s attentive and made sure I have a safe space to share my thoughts. I appreciate how generous she are in explaining the tarot cards and chakra reading. Will definitely come back for another session.
