visa alla recensioneri enjoyed the class very much!! the instructor was very hands-on and the class was fast-paced even though it was almost 10pm when we finished😆 too bad that the maintenance staff was out today so the hammocks were a bit high for us and we struggled a bit bc of it. nevertheless, i look forward for my aerial classes here!!!

visa alla recensionerMy first time attending Ashtanga class, but ive attended other kinds of yoga before. I was shookt that this one was very challenging for me esp. for my body type, but tried my best nonetheless. The instructor was very friendly, will encourage to push you to your limit and really took the time to check on everyone. The studio looked clean and aesthetic. Good class!

visa alla recensionerSuper fun class! Coach was funny and really supportive, which honestly made the whole studio vibe feel so welcoming. The girls in class were super friendly too, so it never felt intimidating or pressured at all. As someone with absolutely zero dance background, it was surprisingly rewarding to get through it and actually enjoy myself 💃😭 Only warning: the post-class DOMS is REAL. Your muscles will file a formal complaint the next day. I’d definitely recommend scheduling a rest day before booking another class after this one 😂
