visa alla recensionerGreat session, really liked the format of this session as I prefer more of the boxing elements than the 'HIIT' side of things. Dale was friendly, attentive and had good energy. In general I like how every instructor put their own spin to make the sessions varied and unique - will defo be coming back to Dale's classes in the future!
