visa alla recensionerI LOVED this class! Beautiful venue (the Presidio, with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge in the fog), with upbeat music, Sherm, the teacher, was so friendly and had great energy. She hyped us up and did the moves while directing us which was impressive bc I was dying just trying to do the moves and breathe lol. The workout kicked my butt while being super fun. Challenging, outdoors, good music- it was one of my favorite classes I’ve ever taken!
