To be fair she did say she was “easy” on us this class so not sure what to expect later lol, but she was very supportive and attentive in fixing your form which is what I look for in a trainer :)

Infrared Sauna
visa alla recensionerI usually come here for Yoga only but I wanted to try out the wellness service side. I was pleasantly surprised- This was a very relaxing experience! On arrival, I was shown to my sauna room which was already preheated and the mood was set with the lights off. There were plenty of towels in the room to get comfy with- pillow, blanket, wrap. There was the opportunity to Bluetooth connect but for my first experience, I just wanted to get comfortable in my own way and didn’t use it this time- will definitely use it next time! 30 minutes was enough time to get completely relaxed, open your sinuses and feel rejuvenated. At the end, there were robes and slippers provided to go into the room Next door and take a quick rinse after working up a sweat. Would recommend this experience and as always the staff was very welcoming! I am looking forward to coming back for another session!

The therapist was incredibly skilled, attentive, and knew exactly where I was holding tension without me even having to explain much. The pressure was perfect and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. I left feeling completely refreshed and pain-free. You can tell they really know what they’re doing—definitely coming back and highly recommend. I’ll be back.
