visa alla recensionerI’ve never taken a class like this before, what a cool and unique experience. The class moves at a slow pace, and be prepared to sit in each stretch for a WHILE. Weird at first, but really restorative. I could feel that my nervous system was at ease after the class. Don’t be surprised if the teacher starts reading a poem.

I have been trying to find a restorative yoga class to incorporate with lifting since I am the least flexibility person there is and I’m looking to prevent past injuries. This was perfect, I definitely see myself coming again. The studio was also so calming after a long day at work.
