see all reviewsI had no idea what to expect. I didn't mind it. You go into this stand up chamber. Think standing sun tan bed but much colder. You can hardly see anything between the white. My nose got frozen inside a bit, weird sensation but more nerve wracking. Nothing hurt. My exterior body temperature went down to 57 degrees. I kept the robe on and next time maybe I will try half off with it. I think it kept me warmer. I listened to the fight song and it got me through it lol. I liked the music in there
