visa alla recensionerThat was by far the hardest class I have taken in class pass. I’m very new in my fitness journey so the moves are already hard for me but then this class adds the bounce in and then the weights! I felt like a baby giraffe in the air lol I sweat more than I knew I could. I had challenge. Katie was a great instructor and really showed me what I could work up to. The classmates were super encouraging afterwards and said one day after being consistent, you will get the bounce down but it takes time and commitment. I would definitely be back, but there’s some things I’ve got to work on before I feel coordinated enough to come back. Highly recommend though for anyone well into their journey and looking for that next level workout!

I really wanna create a good routine. Ellie was great, super kind, explained the movements well. The class was pretty full, which I was not expecting because it was at six in the morning. Cheers to early risers.
