I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

There were many more leads than follows, so some leads did not have partners during some rotations. The rotations are frequent though, so everyone still gets a lot of reps in. Stephanie has a beautiful & radiant vibe and I love how she’s really good at creating a safe space, uses positive reinforcement, and encourages messing up as you learn, which allows you to feel comfortable and confident as you’re learning.
