I felt like she has been the most inclusive of all teachers at this studios so far that I’ve tried. She was mindful of everyone at all levels of practice. I really appreciated that and felt more grace towards myself when I couldn’t always hold the poses I wanted. I was happy I was given other options.

She always asks how everyone’s feeling so if there is a day where people want a more gentle or fast-paced class she accommodates that. I’m so glad this studio is a short drive from my home.

visa alla recensionerUmm WOW wowow, absolutely incredible class! Not only was the front desk great, instructor wonderful even the community welcomed me in! What a hidden gem. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and clean as well. Tiffany was sooo intentional, aware of all the students in the class, calming, grounded with a bright heart and incredibly knowledgeable it was very impressive. I left feeling so light, relaxed and refreshed. I cannot wait to take her class again. 100 stars! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

visa alla recensionerI don't even want to tell you how good Dylan's class is because it's already hard enough to get into! But Dylan deserves it! I realized with his detailed instructions how many poses I wasn't completely hitting. It's a hard class but he talks you through it so beautifully and I always leave feeling like I left some emo baggage in the room and am lighter. He also ends every class with a sound bath, which is just amazing. He's an amazing teacher.

I let her know before class started that I was new and she made sure to let me know the speed of things and what to expect. She was corrective and intentional and made sure to check in after class as well to see how I felt. I plan on going back to more of her classes. The studio was clean and quiet and check in was easy. A small parking lot is located across the street which was nice.

What I look for in a class is getting into postures that feel really good for the body and that is what I received🤍 I really appreciated the hands on adjustments when I was in the completely incorrect position lol. The studio was clean and beautiful and homey with the vibe of old time friends within the community and with the instructor so that was cute and inviting. I can’t wait to come back!☺️

And Amy’s candlelit yin-style class incorporated a diverse mix of elements to really deepen relaxation- from meditation and breath work, to mantras/chants, a little bit of flow from the floor, and long holds accompanied by sound bath. Exactly the stress relief I was looking for :)
