visa alla recensionerI enjoyed the class. It wasn't mainstream barre, but it was quite the workout. The class had mixture of yoga and stretching! Definitely a great experience. The class ended with sage and some sound bath and it was a lovely way to start a Sunday. (This was my first class at this studio and I'm curious to explore others).

A large towel so you can sit on and another to dry off afterwards. You can find parking on the street “Aura” next to the liquor store. Perfect because I went in there after for a coconut water to hydrate :)

Contrary to what the lady at the front desk thinks, this information is not disclosed anywhere on the Class Pass app or in the confirmation email. The sauna itself was fine, clean, but no colored light therapy inside. Just a small white light bulb for reading, like on an airplane. There’s bluetooth but my phone wasn’t able to connect or find the network. I liked the space itself, it had a calming peaceful vibe. Wish they would incorporate more of that “healing energy” spirit into the Sauna room/experience.

Couple little things that I’d mention: there is no shower (which was not advertised but still worth mentioning) so plan it well to be able to go home after. Also I had to ask to restart the timer. They set it up the moment I’ve entered the room, so but the moment I got inside was 10 min less. Other then that the blanket does what it promotes:) it does make you sweat a lot!
