I am suggesting that she reminds students to use their quiet indoor voices at the end of class, as some people choose to stay in chavasana for a few more minutes. (I unfortunately left feeling a bit violated by 2 students talking about their plans for the day incredibly loudly 20 inches from my ear while I was still recovering. It was incredibly disrespectful, and I couldn’t believe they were that oblivious.)

visa alla recensionerBy far, one of the best classes I have ever taken. We did the extraordinarily hot yoga and breath work. The instructor was phenomenal. It was a very warm room and finally the temperature that I was looking for and the facilities are extraordinarily nice. There is two hours of free parking, but you need to get it validated which can be a struggle based on the QR code. Apparently you do need to pay to rent a Yoga Matt if you don’t already have one. The cooling face towels are for you to take and use during the class and they are so good. The shower facilities are also very nice and well stocked and large enough that it’s not just one shower that a bunch of people are waiting in line for. Definitely one of the nicer facilities and a truly wonderful experience.

I’ve attended classes that were ridiculously hot to where you don’t enjoy it. The instructor was great, high energy. Loved the playlist. Parking was easy as well. Love that they have lockers and locks available. Showers and restrooms were clean. Will definitely be back!

Regarding parking - make sure you pay if you park in the metered areas. They give out tickets. I was one of them unfortunately (got my ticket at 7:42 p.m. and class was over around 8!). ☹️
