visa alla recensionerI wasn’t sure what to expect but enjoyed the class - Meghan didn’t call out specific speeds like in a Barry’s class but let us pick speed based on exertion levels and previewed how long we’d be maintaining that speed (ie 90 seconds to 4 minutes). Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. visa alla recensionerI push myself a little more every time I go to her class, and take way fewer breaks. I don’t know what it is about her but she knows how to push us to our limits and not over exert. I hate cardio but I’ve become a much better runner because of her.

visa alla recensionerThis class is always so good. Perfect amount of cardio and strength. It was a lightly attended class tonight. Only 5 others in the room with me, which was kind of private/nice! Worth noting for anyone on the fence that they are very welcoming and you can challenge yourself at your own pace.

visa alla recensionerI loved this class. The flow was smooth yet challenging but not overly strenuous. Stefanie suggested plenty of ways to adjust positions depending on your skill level/strength. The 30 min meditation was a topper on the cake. It was the perfect way to end the class. Highly recommend!
