    Love love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

    Coach Thor is a badass and great coach. I got one on one training and you can’t beat this deal. Aside from being an insane pro athlete and lifter, he’s an equally great instructor; coach really thoroughly teaches you technique and corrects your form. Will definitely be back.

    Really cool gym with everything you need (enough lockers, showers, towels etc), you can really see the love for detail here and the owners/managers are really motivated with innovative ideas.
