visa alla recensionerCoach Thor is a badass and great coach. I got one on one training and you can’t beat this deal. Aside from being an insane pro athlete and lifter, he’s an equally great instructor; coach really thoroughly teaches you technique and corrects your form. Will definitely be back.

The class seemed to have more advanced levels and I felt a bit bad that Lance had to spend so much of his time with us two newbies though - maybe there could be a beginners class?
