visa alla recensionerSo glad this studio is near my house. I’ve been blessed to be able to be taught by Stella. She’s such a great yoga and spiritual teacher. She’s not afraid to be herself, which helps the class also feel more comfortable. She liberates my soul…literally. It’s the perfect paced class on an easy breezy morning. She also does adjustments on students open and willing to be corrected. Last time I went she gave me some aroma therapy and light massage during shavasana. I will be showing all my friends to this amazing space!
