    Such a great class! I was the only one there, but Myles trained me with exactly the same energy and enthusiasm as if the class had been full. He really made the most of the opportunity to give me individual coaching on my form, while encouraging me throughout and suggesting targets to push towards. The music is fantastic too - it really gets you going, even on those days when you don’t feel like it! Overall, a really welcoming gym with a great atmosphere and excellent coaching. I always feel encouraged and motivated. Highly recommend!
