There was enough space to practice which felt refreshing while usually the class at mission are overbooked (but this is the best studio in London for advanced practitioners)

visa alla recensionerAs a first timer and beginner I have been on a one-to-one class with Georgia! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and she is not only teaching moves but also with awareness of self-defence! I love the concept and it is really a useful and fun class! Gear yourself up and try it out!!! I am so glad that I have my first Krav Maga class in this studio 🥰 On a side note the studio is very clean and with sufficient equipment!

visa alla recensioner10/10 class. Juan and Raquel were welcoming and gave a comprehensive masterclass on the style and form of capoeira. Juan was a great teacher and they created a familial and relaxed vibe in the community centre it was based in. With Juan's 1:1 instruction, me and my girlfriend who were Total beginners were able to attack, defend and step in the signature style. It's going to take a lot more practice but I was impressed with how much technique was fit in a 1.5 hour class. To end the session Juan and the group sang traditional songs in Portuguese and taught us how to join in to the call and response, it was very lowkey and inclusive. Best class pass session I've been to so far. Thanks both!
