Things that were really good - clean and quiet room, easy to find, comfortable table, excellent massage technique and communication throughout. More of a sports massage style so great if you like firm pressure.

The pressure was extremely strong (exactly what I am looking for as someone who trains intensely 6x/week) and I know that my muscles are better off for it. He is professional, respectful, and very intuitive and quickly identifying what the body needs while always letting you make your own decisions as well.
