visa alla recensionerI went to a Durability session and really enjoyed it. Dakota was great, from going through how class will flow to correcting my form throughout the workout. I really appreciated the suggestions on how to improve as someone new to strength training. 5 stations with 2 rounds at each station made the class go by quickly. I'll be back for sure!

visa alla recensionerI reeeaally enjoyed this class! I was definitely nervous since I was the only women kickboxing but the trainer made sure I felt comfortable. They pushed me so hard. They pushed me to new limits and I enjoyed every minute of it. I definitely recommend other women to take his classes.

visa alla recensionerI've been taking silks fundamentals classes pretty consistently for over the past month and it is amazing how much progress you make here with the help of the instructors. I like that they go at your own pace. You're usually with other people in the class who've been going for longer than you and some that are just beginning. It's really neat to look forward and backward at the moves that you learn for the fundamentals of aerial silks. Just overall I love the class structure and I've liked every single instructor. They are very patient with me as I learn, but they also keep it moving and challenge me if I'm up for it. So far, silks is the only apparatus I've tried, but I would like to try all them at some point.
