visa alla recensionerI’ve taken my fair share of group fitness classes, so I definitely know what I look for in an instructor and I had to leave a review for Emma because she was AMAZING! She’s so warm, enthusiastic, and fun. And her music was sooo good, such a good mix of genres. (She pmo to the Beyoncé donk remix and for that I am grateful) The class itself was challenging, but never felt impossible. Emma also created such a welcoming environment, which is not always the case with group fitness! Workout classes can be super intimidating!! The only thing I’d note is that I personally love hands on corrections, but that may just not be the vibe at Zen Studio! Emma - it’s very clear you were meant to be a fitness instructor, and I’ve literally only taken one class with you. Thank you!!

visa alla recensionerThe class was great! The trainer, David, and the front desk personnel, MK, were both very sweet and welcoming! I was intimidated at first watching the videos as a fit-in-progress girly but the environment was very welcoming. I somehow chose the most difficult day as my first day but was able to go at a pace appropriate for where I am currently. David along with the other gym goers were great at checking in on how I was holding up and demonstrating the exercises. I am definitely thinking about going to this gym again!
