    Hot Sculpt

    Erin did not come to play today!! This was my favorite class of hers yet, it felt the the flow was perfect, each move made sense going into the next. I also like the extra focus on “Pilates” arms rather than just push ups. Amazing job Erin!

    Loved the class - it was a great way to get my heart rate up and work out different muscle groups. The variety of exercises kept me engaged, and the instructor was amazing at giving form pointers, checking in, and generally creating a positive environment.
