visa alla recensionerErina is awesome and I know I’m going to feel the effects of this work out for the next few day s. She’s on top of correcting your positions and telling you what you should be feeling (I’m a total newbie). She’s just the right amount of encouraging and pep. The space is clean and has just enough machines for you to feel comfortable with the supervision provided and mirrors so you can check your posture. Grip socks and other things are available if you need them. I didn’t use the restroom or shower but the lockers and room were decent.

visa alla recensionerLoved Devy her class!! She gave a few very helpful instructions ~ which i liked, you really feel seen and improving. Also super small group! Which gave it a intime atmosphere. I also liked the breathwork exercises we did! Will definitely come back

During the whole session I felt very comfortable with Rubens, he brought a lot of knowledge and was able to identify the origin points of my back pain, also giving me helpful tips on how to improve my posture. Excited for the next massage!
