The teacher focused on form and gave modifications to make the class more or less challenging as needed. Seriously, I felt every movement including movements that I previously thought were simply. Would highly recommend!

visa alla recensionerAshley, the instructor, is a wonderful teacher and incredibly kind. I really enjoyed her class. As an added bonus the room we did. the barre class in seems to have had a fan which kept it relatively cool in there! My legs are shaking like a scared dog, but I will return.
