    Loved his lead and he was so encouraging, there was someone who had seizure during the class and moise immediately stopped the class to help him (as he should). There was nothing wrong with the class’ form (it was regular rumble training class, a good one) and I think it was due to his personal physical condition.     Very friendly staff. It was nerve-wrecking since it was my first time but upon check-in staff were so helpful. The instructor was a little fast but she was very clear with her directions so it was easy to understand. I recommend you try!

    Coach Thor is a badass and great coach. I got one on one training and you can’t beat this deal. Aside from being an insane pro athlete and lifter, he’s an equally great instructor; coach really thoroughly teaches you technique and corrects your form. Will definitely be back.
