Haven’t had a class with Ella before but it was great, she went at a smooth pace but explained modifications enough that as a sort-of newbie to yoga I was able to keep up. Really lovely warm energy from Ella and I felt very welcomed to Yoga Kula. Will definitely attend more of Ella’s classes :) thank you!!

visa alla recensionerLove that I found this studio. Charalene is a fantastic teacher and very good at verbally guiding you through the practice and hands on in making sure technique is right. I’ve only been a few times and already can see an improvement in my practice.
