visa alla recensionerReally enjoyed Yin. Instructor asked the class what focus areas we would like to work on today. Really effective in stretching and relaxing my piroformis muscle and hamstrings. Studio was clean and the vibe was relaxing. Don’t bother coming early to the studio. Entrance door is locked and won’t be open until 15 min prior to class.

Fun unexpected challenge to stay calm and she didn’t let it get in the way of the serene flow she had built throughout the class. Would definitely recommend! :)

visa alla recensionerChallenging but good. Teacher was great. I definitely modified some positions for my first time doing the tower. Also if you want to do Cadillac start with Tower they are similar but tower I think is a little easier, at least that’s the impression I got.
