It was the best way to end the day and cleanse the aura…. The flow of the yin class I found to be just right, as the instructor provided cues to deepening the poses, if you wanted , - really getting into the facia through your breathwork. My new favorite Go To Candlelight Vin …. The makings of what every Vin class should have….you can tell a lot of thought, effort and care went into planning because the execution was on point, simply flowing through the poses, releasing tension, clearing the mind, while aligning the chakras. 🙌🏻✨🧘♀️✨

visa alla recensionerPriscilla is one of my absolute favorite instructors! Her classes are amazing! She makes it very clear from the beginning when you start class that you are in a safe place and that your practice is about you and nobody else and you take it at your own pace. She has such an amazing energy and brings such a sense of peace and calmness when she walks in the room, and she is going to have you doing very long, deep hold stretches that will really open you. You leave that class feeling a sense of peace and relaxation and letting go of any bad energies that you’ve had throughout the week. I highly recommend Priscilla‘s class!! I drive 40 minutes just to take her class!
