The screens with exercise demos helped a lot as I progressed through each set and pods. I look forward to seeing the other types of F45 workouts.

They also start late often because they are chatting in the lobby which is kind of annoying. The owner is SO LOUD. I came to workout not chat.

visa alla recensionerGreg is amazing! One of the best Yoga instructors! He always switches up his classes and you’re always challenged in his classes. Anyone can do the class at their own pace and he’ll make that clear. I’d say he’s a level 2 plus class. He’s extremely welcoming, inviting always embracing new comers. He’ll motivate you and help you to grow stronger and better. He cares and wants to see you grow. You’ll have a lot of fun! I highly recommend taking Greg’s class!
