Her arm sequence was killer and playlist gave me the energy to get through it. I highly recommend taking Susie’s class if you love a full body session.

Brianna was an excellent instructor, and she made sure that you felt welcome and supportive throughout the class. She assisted me with some of my exercises and provided a safe space for everyone to make mistakes. visa alla recensionerI used my class pass, first time at Tru Fusion. I do the fitness on the lawn with them and they always did great. Today I did bare boot camp express with Mario A. The class was heated and the music was fun and entertaining. Mario knew what he was doing, he really killed me in a good way. I definitely recommend his classes. He will give you a good work out and you will be drenched in sweat!

visa alla recensionerTook cardio kickboxing with Neil and class was fun yet challenging. The challenging part was almost a full hour of cardio! Make sure you hydrate before class because you will be sweatinnnn!!!!! No wraps or boxing gloves needed. It’s all body weight. Bring a towel and yoga mat.

visa alla recensionerGreat class - the instructor was very energetic and good and explaining the exercises. I typically don’t like circuit classes because it’s hard for me to remember what to do and the proper form when they show you several exercises at once. In this class, instructor demonstrates the exercise and then the class does 3 rounds of it together with short breaks in between, then she will demonstrate the next exercise so you just go one at a time which i like. We did arm exercises with weights, one round on the TRX , squats with weights , bridge lifts with weights, push ups, core exercises, and a short but doable cardio burst at the end. So you do truly get a full body workout, but not crazy intense, definitely doable for a beginner and still a great workout for someone more advanced. She provides modifications and encourages everyone to go at their own pace. Only suggestion : it was my first time and there was no introduction or instruction on what to do when i arrived. Two students were already there so i just looked at their equipment and looked around the room for the same things and set up the way they were. So i would suggest maybe letting students know what equipment they need when they come in. Also, at the end of class i would suggest leaving a few minutes open to do stretches together after the workout. Overall great class i would definitely take it again

The class is only 30 min but you will definitely feel it. You grab a variety of weights and a kettlebell and the instructor guides the class through the workout. You workout arms, legs, glutes, and core. Plus i love the music :)

This instructor made me feel comfortable and welcome. He is patient, knowledgeable, and adjusts the class to be inclusive. Everyone was kind and supportive. Also, word of advice, come prepared and dressed to work out. The space is limited, there are no lockers, and not much space to set your stuff down.

The coach was incredibly patient and took the time to explain techniques clearly, making everyone feel comfortable no matter their skill level. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was kind, supportive, and encouraging. A special thank you to my three sparring partners—they were amazing to work with, respectful, helpful, and made the experience even more enjoyable.
